Rewards Program is available for losses in all casino games.
A minimum net loss of €1 is required to be eligible for the Rewards Program.
Rewards are calculated as a percentage (%) of deposit losses during the last 30 days. Bonuses received and withdrawals are excluded from the calculation.
There is a 1x wagering requirement for winnings from this bonus.
If a player participates in the Rewards Calendar, the maximum bet is €5 ($5, CA$7.5, NZ$10, zł25, R$30, kr37.5, Nkr50).
The daily reward must be claimed before the end of the day; otherwise, it will expire.
At least one deposit is required to use the Rewards Calendar.
If a player participates in the Rewards Calendar, the maximum winnings within a month are capped at €20,000.
During participation in the Rewards Calendar, it is strictly prohibited to delay the outcome of any game round (including both regular and bonus rounds) for the purpose of resolving it at a later time. All game outcomes must be completed and settled within the same session to ensure accurate reward calculation. Any manipulation of game flow - such as exiting a game before a round is concluded and resuming it after claiming calendar rewards - will be considered a breach of this rule and may lead to the forfeiture of calendar rewards and/or other corrective actions.
In the event that a player opts for self-exclusion, all current, active, and inactive Rewards Calendar funds associated with the player’s account shall be voided and removed. This includes any rewards that have been collected but not yet used or are pending activation. Furthermore, any rewards obtained from the Rewards Calendar shall not be eligible for withdrawal after the initiation of self-exclusion. The Casino reserves the right to manually or automatically cancel such rewards without prior notice.
